Previous Owner Houston Texas Query

Hello - I have a 76 911 out of Houston with a thick handful of service records, but the most important invoice -for an engine rebuild, is lacking any useful detail. I have the owner's name, and I know that he owned the car up until 2003 or 2004, and that he was an active member of the Lone Star PCA in Houston. If there are any Pelicans in the Houston area that were PCA'ers back then-could you help me track him down? All I want to do is get as much detail on the rebuild as possible.
