I had one on a 74 that I had years ago, was nice. Sounded great especially at full tilt. I eventually went to a SS 2 in one out B&B.

I had one on my 69S. With only 2 liters and limited torque it did not suite the motor. I like the sound though. I actually spoke with Mr. Bursch about this and he honestly stated the motor was more suited / designed for the factory muffler which provided greater back pressure.

I think they work better with the larger (2.7l+) motors. I still have the muffler and a knock off / bastardized one on a larger displacement motor.

Had one on my 3.2L. Good sound but heavy. I replaced it with the latest version of a one out M&K. Much lighter and a little more bling. Both have good sound.

I had one and loved it - loved the sound - loved the light weight. This was on the 2.7

Here's what it sounds like in anger...

I have one on my 86 3.2 it's a little louder than I really care for. Sounds low and healthy but can be annoying at times. I had someone drive my car and I followed next to it in another car so I could hear it. I had no idea it was that loud. I do enjoy it at times but on longer trips it kinda gets to me. I think I may go to a little more mellow sound, something like the 3.2 would of sounded like when new, any suggestions?

They work well after you rustproof them.
