1980sc fuel tank hose question
Does anyone know the fuel hose size of the exit port on the bottom on the tank? I think it is slightly larger than the fuel pump I will be using for carbs...

I am also pretty shure the diameter is 12 mm. I bought a marine fuel hose from a local boat store in April for that exact connection from my 79 SC fuel tank to the fuel pump. The auto stores only had smaller hoses. And from Porsche parts stores, I remember, you had to buy 3 feet when you only need 5 inches.

Perfect...I suspected the marine hose would work and have a few feet of it laying around...thanks for confirming!

But you should make sure your hoses are designed for fuel. The ones I bought were specified as fuel hoses. Otherwise, I would be afraid that they slowly disintegrate.
