Just keep using the PB blaster. Try some heat if necessary. Several years ago a posted a thread about replacing the mounts on my '86 targa.

Nothing like an air or electric 1/2" impact wrench to get those things off. Good investment.
I would just have the other side welded with a new fabbed bracket. I made my own and welded it in place. The repaired side looks really good. Save the $$ on the Wevos!!

Looks like the nuts are still on to me, and the mounting bracket has failed. If I am right you need to have the old bracket removed (grind it off) and weld on a new one. Wevo makes a very strong replacement and I think they are sold by our host. Your car will handle like ***** until this is fixed FYI.
