Modified 911 from what?

Hey everyone,
I found these picture the other day online without a description of the model they started with but fell in love with the look of the car. If I wanted to replicate this body style, what year and model 911 should I start with that I could add these fenders to? Thanks for the help.

that looks alot like a Singer. If i were doing a mod like that, I would get a galvanized shell. anything from around 77' and up would do the trick

The Singer's were originally 87-89 G50 Carreras. But now they start out as 964's.

Exactly for those reason. They were buying G50 cars since the factory floor allowed for the 6speed, then reinforcing them to use coilovers and then swapping in a 3.6. After the first 3 cars, they figured out that it was more cost effective to start from a 964.

Of note, the viper green car pictured started out as a G50 car.
