Long delayed project done - car won't start

It took almost a year, but I finally got my car back together after replacing the suspension pan. I put gas and a battery in, and tried it out. The engine cranks, but won't start. I first suspected gas, since I had the tank out and all, but I could see the accelerator pumps squirting gas into the carbs. Then I checked spark - nothing. Also, no voltage on the low side of the coil.
I had to move the fuse blocks to work on the pan, so I suspect a wiring problem there. Is there an ignition fuse or relay or something that would cut power to the points ? I have wiring diagrams in a couple books, but they're all too small to follow.
Thanks! Brad

Does the CDS unit whine? If not check all the grounds and for 12V at the red wire to the unit. If you have 12V to the unit and no whine, clean and verify all the grounds. If it still doesn't whine get a replacement unit. If it does whine and still no spark, check and clean all the connections to the dizzy and coil. I don't think you will get a voltage reading at the coil with a CD system. Too intermittant (sp?)

If you aren't getting 12V to the unit trace the red wire back to see why.

Good luck!
