Is it worth it to replace gauge seals?

I'm having my gauges fixed/freshened up by NHS. It was bugger trying to remove some of the gauges. The seals were somewhat dried up and stuck in place. I got all of the gauges out OK, and I was thinking about replacing the gauge seals until I saw that it would cost me $128! Really? For rubber seals?

Anyways, after seeing that price, I was thinking about just putting the old ones back in place. They look fine once they're installed. Any risk on this? No moisture gets into the cabin around the gauges and they certainly keep the gauges in place very well!

1. If the old seals look fine and serve the purpose, just put them back in. You might dress them down several times with a rubber/vinyl conditioner before replacing them.
2. You could watch on the for sale board or place a WTB there and see what happens.
3. You could just spring for the new ones. That the heck, it's a one time expense. Right????

I went through all my gauges earlier this winter, replacing the small light bulbs. (huge improvement, highly recommended if not already being done). Before putting the rubber seal back in place, I liberally applied conditioner, and they came out great.... I can't see spending $100+ to replace them.
