tach needle removal

Trying to get the needle indicator off tach from my '80 SC to replace face. Looks like it might have a keeper below needle that holds it on to shaft. Any ideas?

Vince,

No keeper, BUT be very careful as the shaft bends very easily.

I would strongly suggest that you send it out.
