need spark plug recommendation with MSD

I am installing an MSD 6AL unit tonight. I ordered ewverything I need from Pelican(I did get the 6al from Jegs, sorry wayne) but noone seems to know what plug I should use. I have Magnecor wires on the way too, for wat it is worth.
The car again is a '77 930. It is basically stock, I need to know what plug I need(BOSCH P/N) and a recommendation as to gap. I am planning on .045" as a starting point. Thanks guys this is the fly in my gruel at the moment.

Oh yea, I already e-mailed Bob @ pelican and he said he had nothing for me.

I would start at .050. I have a non-turbo with a Permatune unit but your MSD should put out equivalent voltage or more. You would then get better combustion.
