OT as a technical post, but related anyway...
 

So, I ordered some stuff from Pelican the other day. There was a minor problem with my order, and they called my home phone.

I just called back and sorted out the issue with Denise. Wayne, Denise was very nice to deal with, and I would like to say that I have rarely had a more pleasant customer service phone conversation.

My most sincere thanks to Wayne and Pelican Parts for not only hosting this great forum, but also having genuinely friendly and helpful staff.

I, too, had a great experience with Pelican. I really haven't ordered anything of value from our host in a few years, I just didn't need any parts.

This year I did a major service before the driving season and placed a nice sized order with Pelican.

No drama, no issues and it was even here a day EARLIER than the tracking system anticipated.
