OT as a technical post, but related anyway...
So, I ordered some stuff from Pelican the other day. There was a minor problem with my order, and they called my home phone.
I just called back and sorted out the issue with Denise. Wayne, Denise was very nice to deal with, and I would like to say that I have rarely had a more pleasant customer service phone conversation. My most sincere thanks to Wayne and Pelican Parts for not only hosting this great forum, but also having genuinely friendly and helpful staff. |

I, too, had a great experience with Pelican. I really haven't ordered anything of value from our host in a few years, I just didn't need any parts.
This year I did a major service before the driving season and placed a nice sized order with Pelican. No drama, no issues and it was even here a day EARLIER than the tracking system anticipated. Thank you from me to Wayne and the great group of employees that make Pelican parts run.
