Clicking relay behind dash?

My hazard or directional relay is clicking continously even when the hazzards or directionals are off.

Has anyone ever had this happen? Any suggestions on a fix?

Thanks,
Oh- the car is a 73 911T.

I had a clicking noise in my dash once that turned out to be the mileage counter for the OXS warning light. It only clicked when the car was moving, though.
