Need '88 Carrera Fuse/Relay Cover Card

Hi-

Can somebody with a '88 Carrera please send me a link/ email/ scanned copy, etc of
their fuse card that fits in the slots on the outside of the fuse box cover? I just picked up an '88 Cab a few weeks back and the fuse card is missing. Can't find one NOS anywhere. They are NLA at all the usual parts suppliers including our Pelican Host, none in the PCNA, and none in the ROW Porsche AG system either- nada, none, ka-put!

If I can get a copy, I will laminate it and stick it in the slots. Haven't ever owned a 911 so new- in the old days the fuse/relay locations were cast into the inside cover, which probably lead to a pile of unsold spare fuse covers collecting dust at dealers all over the country. Business wise, it certainly made sense to just change the printed cards.....

please email me at: adoriley@frontiernet.net if you have to time to make a copy for me.

Many thanks to the Forum!

Tim

Fuse panel cover.

Here are a few pics from our '86.

Should be very similar to your '88.

Try the used parts forum (Blackbyrd), and eBay.

Good luck,

Gerry

Thank you-

Will search those sources.

The part number for the "fuse card" I need is G930-612-243-02. Because it's a Cabriolet,
it has at least one more relay on the panel.

Thanks again to all-

Tim

Tim,

When I added the factory front oil, as per factory spec., I just penciled in the extra relay in the fuse panel cover.

Thanks Guys-

Phil- I received your PM with your Fuse Card from your 89, and Gerry your card from
your '86- thank you both!

I do have the Factory manuals on CD for the '88 fuses and relay layout- there are enough differences for the Cab in some of the basic components that I will still put out a request for someone who has the '88 Fuse Card they can send me. If need be, I will continue to carry the two printed pages from the manuals, but would prefer a copy of the Fuse Card.

If anyone needs a link to the 86-89 Manuals on CD- let me know- very reasonably priced! At $6-7/free shipping- you can't beat it IMHO. I am not the seller or even know the guy.

Thanks to all for the help! Isn't it nice to have to have the Pelican Forums- thank you Wayne.

Tim

I have an '88 cab that I can send a scan of the card. It'll have to wait until tomorrow evening, though. If you can find one faster, that's fine.

I have a 88 Fuse Card to post- can some one please tell this semi-illiterate computer wimp how to post .pdf files or pix to this forum? I'd like to thank Poor-sche Lover and Dan88911 for sending me scans of their Fuse Cards. After playing with the scans, I finally got something I can use after blowing up several of the scans 120%, printing on card stock, taping them together, then spray coating them with clear engine paint. Works/looks good- is a little fuzzy, but the print is small anyway, and in 5 languages.

If someone will please help out, or Dan88911, if you can just post to this thread the emailed scans you sent me, that will help several others out that need the Fuse Cards- at least for the '88s...

Thank you everyone!

Tim - for the pictures, just click on "Post Reply", rather than "Quick Reply" and that will allow you to embed pictures right in your reply and they will appear in your post.

For the pdf, if you email it to me directly (megerian@yahoo.com) I will volunteer to post it somewhere, since I am not aware of a place on pelican to upload PDFs.
