Big Shout Out to Pelicans
I just want to shout out a big thanks to the Porsche owners on this forum. I will not mention the item or his name, but, a fellow Porsche owner was discarding an item that has some value on the used market. I asked him about selling the item(s) to me and he sent them to me for free. When I tried to get in touch with him about at least sending him the money to ship the item(s) - he would not return my PM - even though he quickly returned my PM's when we were coordinating the exchange.
You know who you are and I just want to say thanks and remind everyone on here how lucky we are to have this community. Also, big thanks to Wayne for providing the forum. Sincerely, Ray |

I got free part too once and it has some very significant value - I was dead in the water without it.

The information I have gotten here has saved me time and time again from either serious issues or spending a ton of money I didn't have to. I know a lot of other people who own eclectic or unique old Non Porsche's and none of them have a community like this. I know a few guys that can get 2 or 3 other people for a drive in what ever car they have, last thanksgiving thanks to this forum we had more than 30 people through out the day attend our Hawks Nest run it was a great time. Thank you Wayne and every one here you have created some thing truly special.
