69 fuel pump question
I've got a second cheep fuel pump on my car now. The firse shorted out in the rain. My question is What fuel pump I can replace it with so I dont have to worry. I see the two pumps that our host has on this site.Anyone using either on their car. I would rather not use a fuel regulator.

sixbanger,
Please post more about your “ ’69 911T ”. What engine (5- to 11-blade fan & more)? Front oil cooler? The ‘69T has an engine (rear-mounted) Hardi fuel pump. The ’69 E&S have a front mounted Bosch (circulating) fuel pump. What do you have? How is it plumbed? I’m sure we can direct you in the proper (and economical) direction. Best, Grady

They do push a lot better than they pull. I tried a Hardi in the rear of my 3.0 SC with Webers and did not care for it. I use a Pierburg from our host on the front cross-bar and like it.

I have a Facet in mine that has worked great for the 3 years I have owned the car. Mine is also a 69T but I have Zeniths.
