rear windows won't close
Just got the 2000 911 c and after the 1st road trip with the top down the rear windows will not come back up. Have looked at the owners manuals on-line, however no info. The top will come backup and down and the side windows work fine. Have put them up and down numerous times. Also a little plastic piece has fallen out of the top latch. Important or dressing. Assist would be appreciated. The car is dirty after the road trip and need to wash as am ashamed to see it this way.

Try posting this in the 996/997 forum as this is the air-cooled section.
Good luck with the problem, though.

When you enter the PP website and click on tech forum, it gives you choices...click on the correct one :=)
