There was stuff last week and there will be stuff for the next three weeks as well as a couple events in May, but I have not heard of anything going on this weekend.

My schedule: next weekend is the Long Beach ALMS race, the weekend after that is the PCA Zone 8 Festival of Speed in Fontana, the weekend after that is the POC Triple Crown event at Willow Springs International Raceway, I think May 5-6 is the Chino Airshow, the weekend after that- May 11 is the Laguna Seca ALMS race.

There's always Supercar Sunday in Calabassas.

I've never been since I like to ride my bicycle in the canyons in the mornings before the crazies come out and before the heat of the day. So I see almost all the cars anyway, in action on Mulholland Hwy.

Flieger, are there many early Porsches at the Supercar Sunday events? My neighbor told me this event was 99% undriven new Ferrari's, Lambos, gold chains in V-neck silk shirts, and Dapper Dan hair pomade.

I'm like you...I prefer peddling Bulldog to Backbone

Isn't this reason enough to get out of the house?

Mostly new "super" cars but those are cool too- F40s and McLarens and such. There are the Cobra reps and occasionally real vintage cars like Ferraris and gullwings, real Cobras.

I think there are more 356s that go than early 911s unless the Early 911S Registry guys go. There is a group of mostly 356 with a couple early 911s that I see around Mulholland occasionally but I don't know where they are coming from. They are not in the ESR.
