what is this tool for
Looking through my toolkit - and wasn't sure what this tool was for.

It's to remove/install spark plugs.

Thanks - what's the purpose of the spring? Correct torque?

Suspect it's to allow easier access/engagement of the 3/8 drive ratchet.
Has nothing to do with torque.

I think the spring just stabilizes it.
Use the 10mm allen key in the toolkit with it (if you didn't figure that out yet). |

That and the fan holding tool are the only two tools you use from the kit
