Machine shops in Phoenix area??

Hi,

I just need a place to have the bearing races pressed/pulled off my rear hubs. I'm in Chandler - anyone know of a respectable place near me that won't charge me a lot to remove these? Chandler, Tempe or Mesa...something in the East valley.

Thanks in advance.
Mark.

Had you considered TurboKraft? They seem extremely reasonable.
They are near Tempe. Not terribly far away.

Thanks, Doug. I hadn't heard of them.

I actually just ran over to an engine rebuilding place in Down town Chandler and they're going to pull them for 20 bucks. Seems kind of steep, but it saves me the hassle.

Mark.

$20 seems cheap for someone else to do the work. You are welcome to use the press at my house for free near 32nd St and Camelback.

Thanks for the offer, I really appreciate it. I should be good to go - but maybe next time?

Likewise, if you ever need a bearing removal tool or anything else I might have, let me know! I'm just south of the 202 off Alma School.

Mark.
