L/R wheel 'click' at low speed after car gets hot

My car has a repetitive click coming from the L/R wheel. Its only audible at low speeds, and is not there when the car is cool. It comes in after about an hour of driving.
I did a search for this symptom and it seemed like it was either stuck brake caliper or my L/R wheel bearing is falling apart. If it was the bearing it seems it would be there all the time. I'm wondering if it could be something in the suspension setup because it only appears after the car has been running for a while. My first thought was it was the brake caliper. I have not noticed any decrease in braking power though.
Thanks

I have heard the similar click coming from my RR wheel which has the only rear axle(s) CV joint not replaced.
