Header Question

Guys, need some help. Couldn't find info by searching the forum.

I previously posted my challenges in trying to pass smog with my '89 964 3.6 conversion but I am really close to passing and have narrowed the issue down to leaks in the exhaust due to the slip on collectors for the headers.

I am now trying to make a jig to weld and seal my header pipes with a 3-1 collector and would like to confirm the vertical and horizontal (x and y) dimensions between the holes of the individual header flanges as shown in sketch below.


I measured with scale but not certain if the set up was square so I'm hoping someone has the specs.

I appreciate any information you could provide.

Ask mb911 (Ben of M&K exhaust fame) or RarlyL8 (Brian) here on the forums. They are exhaust fabricators and would have that exact information for you.
