Lightbulb

You have a pretty clear pic of his license plate; have one of your local law enforcement types run the plate and see who it belongs to (we do this all the time in NYC; do something stupid on the road, I'll find you). Of course, you understand, these requests are considered "special favors."

Man that is SWEET!

I thought of doing a very similar setup using a 3.0L keeping everything under the stock hood. Looks like this one is a 3.2L Carrera. Hope you find this guy and can get him to share the story.

I found him! (thanks Alex) I cannot tell you who he is yet, but I talked to him on the phone, and he will be emailing me details. I asked him (in an email) if it would be ok to post the info (his name, #, ect) and am waiting for a reply.

What I can tell you is that the car in the photo is an 86 with a 3.3l motor, and a Electromotive fuel management system. He starts w/ B&B headers/ exhaust, and cuts it open for the turbo set up. He has a 3.5l car w/ a turbo that has been dynoed at 710hp- at the wheels!!

I will post a follow- up when I get his reply.

Oh my oh my. What a beauty--and what a sleeper. He must have a perma-grin from ear to ear.
