I just had my Alternator/Engine fan refinished by a great guy in California. His created a work of art! Thanks Mark!! Here a few pics of what I sent him and then what he sent back to me. Truly remarkable.

Very nice - what type of finish/process did he use?

You should hang that on the wall...I recently had my fan and valve covers ceramic coated to reduce heat. I also had the center section replated. Looks god when its done but it was a hard project.

Fan

I think this is what he did...Mark removed the pulley section and had it replated along with the outer pulley half, cone washer and nut. He then media blasted the fan and sent me pics of what it looked like. That process revealed quite a bit of pitting. He filled in the pits with something magic...not sure what it was but he told me it lasts and he has never had one of his fans come back to him with issues. He used a ceramic coating to finish things off and then rivited the pulley section back into place. He takes a lot of time to keeping things ultra clean and pays close attention to detail. When finished he sent me more pics to see if I was satisfied. Shipping followed and his packaging was top notch.
