Got my wheels from Weidmans

Just got my 16x8s and 7s from Harvey. His work is excellent and it only took 2 1/2 months. Judging by these my original 6s and 7s have very nice anodizing still and jusy faded paint. I can't wait to install them after the suspension is upgraded over the winter months.

Any chance you can discuss the price per wheel?

Harvey and his shop are unreal. I can't say enough good things about him after going through a custom project.

Is 2.5 months the time that Harvey requires to refresh a set of Fuchs?!?!?!?

I don't rememeber the exact price for refinishing. I bought the cores from Harvey.
I called on and off for several months looking for 8s. I ended up buying 7s also. I wanted to keep my original set ( i'm not sure for what reason now). Anyways I ended up paying $655 a wheel. That included the core, refinishig and shipping.

So they were not cheap. Maybe I'll sell the originals. I sure have sold alot of corvette and muscle car parts for money to put into the 911 ( I'm Hooked ).

Now I have to decide on tire size. Probably 225s and 245s since I've decided I'm willing to roll the front fenders.

And yes it's like Christmas in July, even more so when I get my sways and torsion bars.

Beautiful wheels.

As far as tires go. Go with 205/55's and 225/50's. You have way more options with that combo.
