Animas Automotive in Durango might be able to help. M-F though. 970-259-2880. Might be someone at the shop on Sat?

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.

70 and 71 cables are a bit hard to find. they only fit those two years. another thing that is common is the clutch fork pivot bolt in the bellhousing breaks, so he needs to take a good look to be sure if it's the cable or the bolt. meanwhile, he can practice driving without a clutch. not that hard really. hopefully someone in the area can help.

Reza,
I have a new 71 clutch cable, out in my stash (left over from my 71E resto...how did I end up with two of those?). If Nick needs it, have him PM me with an address and I'll overnight it on Monday....if that is of any help at all.

regards,
Al

Nick has a 73 911.
Look like he has one on his way and it'll be delivered Monday.

Saw that on the Early S Registry..............sounds like he is good to go. I'll put my 71 cable back on the shelf.
