Sound files for SSI/different muffler combinations?

Can anyone who is running SSI's provide links to sound files? I would like to hear SSI's mated with various mufflers, GHL, Monty, etc. before I jump into the upgrade.

In reference to a prior thread, I like my car to sound aggressive, but I don't want to break windows or "deflower" the neighborhood.

Moses,

I have SSI's with a single out Bursch Muffler, listen to it here:

Tim's Exhaust

The recording was done from a cold start, so the engine sounds a bit lumpy!

Cheers,

Tim.

sound of ssi with dansk dual in/single out

I'm installing new ssi heat exchangers and a dansk dual in/single out muffler on my mfi 2.2 motor the end of next week. I will take various before and after db readings and record the exhaust sound after the install.

Sounds interesting. I'm thinking about an SSI system with a 2 in 1 out dansk for my 3,2. Looking forward to hear about your findings even if your's is a 2,2.

Strugs,

I use mine mainly at weekends but it does come out during the week if I'm at home.

Cheers,

Tim

Moses,

Here's a Quicktime movie of my car. I have SSIs and a baffle-less, 2-in-1-out Monty muffler.

Tim,

Apart from the SSIs and the Bursch muffler, is your engine stock?
