Check out
Might they be 914 headers? Just curious.

If I'm not mistaken, what you're looking at are a set of standard 914/6 heat exchangers with the heaterboxes removed.

Then I guess that they're not "rare" at all? maybe "unusual"or "used" or "modified"

I just checked in my garage. And although mine are rusted really badly, they are realy 914/6 items.
(I removed the heaterbox on one of them just for fun). I think if someone buys these to use on a 911, the muffler will be hanging about a 10" behind the car 8^) Cheers, Jeroen |
