Porsche Crest 1972 911 radio

Guys,

I am new to the forum and I would like your help. I need information on the make and model of the factory radio for a 1972 911 T. I have search several places for this information but haven't had any luck.

Most common would be the Blaupunkt US Frankfurt. However, there were many options available for radios. Also, radios by Becker like the Europa and Mexico.

You had AM Mono, AM/FM Stereo, AM/FM/SW....

Try searching the Early S Registry site.

You are also required by the rules of board Chivalry to post pictures of your car!

I believe for the US, the stock radio was an AM/FM Blaupunkt Frankfurt. Mono. Not much of a radio, but I guess since mine still works I shouldn't complain too much.

FYI - the next model up had a DIN input that can now be used as a ipod input.
