I plan on getting there by 9am. Have a conference that will keep me in the Bay area until late Tuesday. Staying in Santa Cruz Sat. nite then heading over to Hayward early on Sunday to catch it. Any time I can squeeze in some sort of P-car event, I do.

I-5 south, then I-205 to Tracy. Keep going, 205 turns into I-580. Take 580 to Castro Valley and then 238 to I880 south. Once you are on 880 South, you pick up the directions on the link in the first post.

Got back a couple hours ago. Pretty good swapmeet, lots of sellers. Didn't buy anything, but spent about an hour BSing with Chuck Moreland, and met Thom and Targa Dude. I don't know if Chuck will blow his own horn on this one or not, but I was there when Bruce Anderson stopped by and checked out the Elephant finned oil lines. He seemed pretty impressed, and said "That is a really good idea" at least 5 times. Way to go Chuck.

The Early S racer that was featured in Excellence last year was there. This is a very well put together, no BS car. I think he said it is about 1800 lbs.
