Porsche Crest Adjusting the RPM

Is the proper way/place to adjust the idle RPM on a 1977 911S is to turn the large round screw (a quarter works great) that is above the distributor and sets back a little.

This screw faces to the left.

If the large screw you're talking about has a spring on it, then you should be good.
