What constitutes "regular maintenance" for an SC?

I've had my 79 SC for about 5000 miles now, so I'm ready for my second oil change.
I just had my alignment done, and my tires are in good shape. The engine has been running smoothly and the car has been shifting fine (now that I'm used to babying 2nd gear a little).
I have brake pads ready for when my current ones wear down, but they haven't yet.

Should I be doing some sort of other regular maintenance, or do I just replace oil every 5K, keep an eye on brake fluid, oil level, and tire pressure, and replace things that actually wear out? I know valves need to be adjusted at some point, but they were adjusted just before I bought the car and my understanding is I can wait a while longer before worrying about them.

Do you have an owners manual and a service manual of some kind. Maintenance items and intervals should be listed in them.

I have the Bentley manual (and 101 projects). I'll page through the manual tonight and see what I find.

I've seen an excel spreadsheet somone posted here on maintenance intervals. Do an advanced search and it should show up.
