I'm stunned. Absolutely remarkable. 12 cylinders, 24 valves. Sounds like a damn Ferrari!

So if you were going to do all that work, why wouldn't you just make it BIGGER!

BIGGER is the key Brian, I must agree the car would have been more fun had it been a little larger scale...my 9 year old son agrees that just a little larger and he could drive it!!!

Actually, he picked the perfect scale - big enough so that he could make it work but small anough that it has absolutely no use except to be a piece of art.
20,000 hours - imagine the dedication and focus.
It is absolutley magnificent!

Imagine the time it took to get the drawings from Ferrari, then translate them to scale.

Now think of the last time you did a valve adjustment on the car in your drive way. Then think of 24 vavles at that scale, a hair of an over turn and the valve is out of adjustment!!!!

That thing takes some dedication on all fronts.

I wonder if he is/was married?

An old saying: "It's a hell of a crowd pleaser. But what are you going to do with it?" (I believe Johnny Holmes was asked the same question?)
