Front Seat Twist

Almost all the used driver front seats I see for sale have a "tilt" or "lean" to the side.

The seat backs look slight twisted.

I'm thinking it's the getting in and out of the car over time that does this.

Is this a function of design or use?

Just put some washers on the low side when you bolt them in, that should level them.
