Mouse problems in cars

Been reading the posts about mice getting into cars and creating problems.
I have a sure cure for this. Build you own new garage. If you do it yourself you can seal all cracks as you go and even spider proof the building. Be sure to use construction glue to glue the bottom plate to the concrete blocks at the foundation.
That'll keep almost everything out. Caulk the seams of the OSB or whatever you use for sheathing and seal everything with caulk.
Now if anyone can tell me how to keep the skinks out (midwest lizards) I'd be grateful.

where I live, we have more problems with skanks (southwest lizards) than skinks.

Any less expensive or realistic options?

I would think one of those inflatable bubbles would be far more cost effective, but obviously you know something I don't... like a banker.

So, what you are saying is that you've never seen a PPI from the dealership (the $135 version) that included "found nail in left rear tire and dog food in A/C vent indicating possible rodent infestation"?

Interestingly enough, I ran this by my friend up in Spokane, he said "WHAT!? Dog food in the vents!? EVERYBODY has dog food in their vents! I thought it was SUPPOSED to be there!" hehe.

Had a mouse die in my BMW vent fan what a mess! BAD miserable smell for almost two years! Took up smoking cigars. Now there are four stray cats in the back yard sharpening their claws on my car covers and killing every rodent or bird that they care to. I just smile and say; " good kitty " get some cat pee or scat and put it under your car. You don't even need the whole cat!
