Question about body kit

Does anyone know What these body kits are about?
Are the rear taillights the original ones from the cars?
Would a body like this be hard to restore?

That is the old Kremer treatment from back in the 70's and 80's. You had to cut off the bottom of the rear fenders. The large rear bumper was one piece and used the factory tail lights. Personally I loved the look on the Street 935 they produced along with DP.
