Pressure bleeder on 911 hydraulic brakes & clutch procedures

Hi all,
I have Had my 1988 911 Carrera for about 4 months and am gradually repairing and servicing the needed items. After reading PP Tech. Info for a while I am going to flush my hydraulic systems in the brakes and clutch. I am going to use my tried and true "Motive Brand" pump up pressure bleeder at about 6 to 8 # pressure.
My question is, I have always used it on systems that had the brakes and the clutch hydraulics on entirely seperate systems. My 1988 Carrera seems to have both systems operating off of the same master cylinder.
A. is this correct?
B. How do I block off either system side to keep the pressure out of the system not being actively bled at the time?
C. Is there some hose/line that needs to be crimped/clamped off to prevent this.
Or am I completely misinterpreting this perceived necessity.
Thanks ahead of time for the assistance,
Don

As I recall, there is a hose that is crimped to segregate the two systems at the reservoir per Bentley manual.

IIRC, G50s use a common reservoir for brakes and clutch. General procedure is:

-- Pinch/compress overflow hose
-- Fill & attach pressure bleeder (fill w/new fluid from never-previously-opened container)
-- Pressurize & bleed RR / LR / RF / LF (for LHD cars)
-- Keep Motive bleeder filled w/fresh fluid
-- Attach hose from bleeder nipple (on clutch slave cylinder) to open glass container
-- Open clutch slave cylinder bleeder nipple until new, fresh fluid collects in glass container and no bubbles remain
-- Depress clutch pedal several times
-- Close clutch slave cylinder bleeder nipple
-- Enjoy cold beer

Thanks Draco and flat six for the info. I have the Bentley Book on the way from our hosts. So will put this off for a week or so.
