Porsche Crest Help needed with dash upgrade

I just got a C2 dash that I'm going to put in my 1975 on Saturday.
I was wondering if some of you have done this and if you could tell me what I need to do/change in order to fit the dash.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

I will assume you know you have to remove the windshield and therefore have a new windshield gasket on hand. Do a search in the 911 board using the words within the quote symbols but not the quote symbols: "dash AND windshield". This will lead you to some useful threads. Cheers, Jim

Thanks for the info. The windshield is already out because the car just got painted. That's the reason I want to change it this weekend before they put the glass back.

how hard is it to convert from underdash a/c to indash a/c when swaping to a later dash?
