front condenser grills are satin black, but you can paint it whatever color or shine you want

an epoxy or powder coat will last longer

Excellent thought.

I loaded "Powder coat" into yahoo local for your location and you have plenty to choose from.

I would pull off a few heavy items under your car - Nose bar, pan under steering rack, condenser grill and take them to the place that is biased towards heavy vs boutique work (if cost conscious).

A boutique place though may have a better choice of black shades but for where it's going, no matter really.

Powder coating is surprisingly inexpensive for what you get.

Thanks gents.
I just started this ground up resto, & have a pile of such parts to freshen up & wanted to be close color wise

I have a complete PC set up in the shop & plan to sandblast and powder coat everything that fits in my oven.

I will say that this is my first European car adventure....interesting so far
