14 inch full size spare in an '87?

14 inch full size spare in an '87?

Is this possible? I just picked up a beautiful 14x5.5 Fuchs and was wondering if I can fit a narrow low profile tire in place of the space saver spare.

It does clear the brakes but I didn't measure the diameter of the old spare yet and I'm away from the car now.

I suppose I should clarify. I don't need a full size spare. I could use a 14 inch inflated temporary tire.

Space saver tire became standard in '74 so yes you won't get a full size tire.
