Quick question on transmission fluid

Hi,
Just a quick question - for my 85 Carrera (manual, non LSD), to change over to Swepco for the transmission...which Swepco fluid do I need and how much?
Thanks!
Mark.

Here is Swepco, you want 201
Pelican Parts - Product Information: SWE-201-80W90

But I would recommend Kendall. I've run both and like the smoothness of the Kendall

Thanks.

The car had Swepco in it when I bought it. I switched to Kendall when I replaced the lower shift plate cover last year and I don't think it shifts as smooth as it used to. (but I also swapped out the shift shaft coupler with a unit from Wevo at the same time). I may just leave it as-is, but there's a guy with a gallon of Swepco 201 on craigslist for $30 bucks so it's tempting to buy it and switch back to the Swepco to see if it feels any smoother.

Mark.
