Rear deck lid early or late model?

I have a rear deck lid for sale that was removed from a 1973 911T several years ago and has been stored since removal. It is in excellent shape.
My question is... it does not have the holes for the script which makes me question the year of the lid.
How can I tell for sure what year it came from as I want to advertise the part for what it truly is. I do not want someone to get a part that does not work with their grill etc. Let me know what you think.
Thanks all!

It has the license plate light holes, which were only used thru '73
