Speedo, good looking speed markers?

Sorry worded this a bit wrong but !
I'm moving to a new country that is KPH and my Porsche is MPH speedo. I don't want to replace the speedo but just add KPH markers over the MPH speeds. I think there are stickers or indicators that can be stuck on the glass cover. though I would like them to look good, not just stuck on after thought. Yea I know,
I have seen some where a printable speedo face that may work. If so would some one be kind enough to post it. Mine is a higher MPH gauge with black back ground. Just means pulling the thing apart.

North Hollywood will convert the gauge to kph for not too much. They just serviced all five of my gauges returning them back to black faces and did an awesome job. Give them a call.
