No I don't valet my car. I'd be more worried about their ability to drive it, then them scratching it.
I drove into DC last night and saw the valet area was crammed with cars on top of each other. I drove way down into the bottom-level of the underground garage and picked my own nice space. That's generally my approach. |

Never........... not on my Porsche or my M3...... Just not worth it.
|
Just no, regardless of the car I'm in.
|
Valet parking.
|
Valet - no. Opportunity knocks....temptation kicks the door down. Any higher-end car is just too much temptation for any valet - regardless of how much they make.
Never. |
Valet, no.
The teenage (grade 12) son of one of my coworkers asked to use my car for prom. He is the kind of kid that has seen EVERY episode of Top Gear. I said HE could drive it if he could get under 8 minutes on the ring in GT6 (or Forza 4) in a Ruf Yellowird (stock tune) using a sim wheel with clutch and 6 speed shifter. No assists, clean lap, and I had to see it. I offered to let him use my sim rig. If he could do this I would teach him one on one to drive my car properly. If I was happy with his technique he could take my car and his date to the prom. No alcohol, no craziness, and he needed full insurance. His mom (my co-worker) would not let him try my challenge. Too bad, it would have been fun. :-D |
What's the use of a prom with no alcohol and no craziness ??
That deal sucks . You should have just said no . |
