What issues arise from doing a long hood conversion on a sunroof coupe?

none- the factory made RS's and even one RSR with a sunroof !

Nothing really. There's just something about the look of a non-sunroof coupe on a car meant for racing. Hey, I'm building an IROC RSR with a sunroof, so what the hell do I know.
