How much horsepower does a 1990 Audi 200 put out in US trim with the 2.2 liter turbo five? In the US for 1990 I think it's the 10 valve motor. I might get one of these cars, although what I really want is the Porsche tuned 300 HP Audi.

Hello
All you want to know and even the things you donīt like to know: http://www.teleport.com/~scottmo/index.html The 315 HP 20 V B4 RS where europe only. Porsche also offered a 345 HP upgrade. Audi now had to launch a 370 HP biturbo to move some RS owners in newer cars. Resale value percentage is better then any other Porsche. Funny isnīt it. Maybe Porsche should have taken the B4 and not make the SUV ? Grüsse |

Having shopped for Audis in that era, I ended up buying a '90 V8Q(250hp) and then A '91 200 20 valve quattro(217hp), I was unimpressed by the '90 10 valves 200 quattros 162 hp.

You'll probably get a better response by asking that question here:

Thanks for the help guys. I just wanted to make sure the 10v did put out the dismal 162 hp until 1991. If I got one, a 60 hp chip would be required. I would like a 91, however I haven't found one in my area. I'll check out Audiworld. I probably should have looked them up first, however I knew people on this board would know, all right, I got lazy
