Question Front end height adjustment

Need advise as how to raise front end. Just bought a new home and driveway is too steep.
Present height in front is 25 1/4",rear is 25".I only need 1/4 to 1/2" height adjustment.
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Turn the hex head adjuster bolt that are in the torsion bar caps. you will find these in the rear of the A arms.

The adjuster is number 20 in the following the cap is number 19.

Be sure to get the weight off the tire when you do the adjustment. Do both sides an equal amount. Measure this by counting turns of the screw.

You won't need much, maybe 2 full turns or so for a 1/4 inch.

If you adjust the front end up, do you need to re-allign the front end?

Changing the height will effect the alignment, so it should be re-adjusted.

1/4 inch is not too much though, so no immediate pannic. Your front height will change 1/4 inch from full tank to empty tank.

Also, as you make the adjustment drive the car around the block before you measure to give it a chance to settle.
