What fuse goes to the coil

I have three different schematics for my 1988 Carrera but non are the same???? Does anyone know what fuse is to the coil, what amp fuse it is and the color wire used for the coil wire? My info all say terminal #15 what is fuse #8 on the sticker a 16 amp fuse. all my schematics say the wire should be black. Nothing matches up. Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you 86 911 Targa. You wouldn't by chance know the color of that wire. The red fuse to the right of the two blue is #8, the fuse that should have the black wire for the coil.

HOPE THIS HELPS:

As you can see, per the fuse panel jpg I sent you,
there are two black wires on the output of fuse #8 on our '86.

Pull one, and see if it's the right one.

Good luck,

Gerry
