Wires in rear drivers side wheel well??

Hey all, sorry for all the questions but I am new and I am sure there will be more to come.

Had the car up on the jack to try some different wheels and noticed there is a unconnected pair of wires wrapped around the fender brace. Any idea what it would be for?

same exact wire on mine wraped in the same way

+1 Im going with the rear little lite. Any small brackets or holes in the lower end of the rear bumper?
