964 seat swap question
i have a full power seat on driver's side. this means it powers back and forth and up and down. i am thinking about buying a pair of seats with much nicer leather. issue is the replacement seats only power up and down and are manual back and forth. i suspect i will need to make an electrical modification of some sort (eg, changing the electric plug). does anybody know what, if any, modifications will be necessary. i guess worst case is i won't have any power in driver's seat. thanks, gary

Depends on what the new seats are from if you need to change a plug but all you will probably need to do is run the positive and negative from the old connector to the new one..unless its got the memory box underneath!!

plug and play, except for memory seats from a 928, or 996 and more modern seats.
