need to cool rotors
Does anyone know where I can purchase some backing plates for my 72 911, stock brakes, 15" wheels. I have seen entire kits that one can buy. I just want the backing plate w\a round hole so I can plumb it up to the openings in front spoiler.

Pelican doesn't have just the backing plates - but they do have a full kit that includes the plates, ducting, and hardware for like $300 or so. I was just looking for the same thing

Thinking that $300 was a bit steep, and finding that there aren't any kits available for the rear brakes, I decided to take matters into my own hands. Project still in progress, but you can see the plates here:
